Methods need to be placed every 3 to 10 years, except sterilisation which is permanent.
Regular RoutinE1,2
Methods need to be remembered between once a day and once every 3 months.
SINGLE USE1
Methods need to be used every single time you have sex.
Perfect use = Correct and consistent use. Typical use = includes incorrect or inconsistent use eg. forgetting to take the pill or delayed injection.
